It offers diverse perspectives from academics, policymakers, artists, architects, activists, journalists, writers, and illustrators who have first-hand knowledge of these regions, providing an alternative, Southern viewpoint on global urbanisation. Cityscapes aims to promote a more inclusive understanding of urban development and foster cross-regional learning and collaboration.
